The short, readable version of the rules for using AudioForge. Last updated July 3, 2026.
AudioForge converts text you provide into multi-voice audio using AI parsing and text-to-speech. The platform is in active development ("beta"): features may change, and occasional interruptions can happen. By using AudioForge you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to collect signup credits repeatedly is not allowed.
You keep full ownership of the manuscripts you upload and the audio generated from them — see the IP Policy & FAQ. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and process your content in order to provide the service (parsing, generating, stitching, and hosting your files for you) and to improve the service's parsing quality using the corrections you make in the Studio, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights to the text you upload. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to produce.
Parsing and audio generation consume credits. Credits can be purchased through Stripe, and new accounts may receive bonus credits. Credit pricing and consumption rates may change; your current balance and rates are always shown in the app.
If something goes wrong with a purchase or a generation you were billed for, contact support and we will make it right.
Do not use AudioForge to produce unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent billing or rate limits, abuse promotional credits, or resell access to the underlying AI providers.
AI parsing and voice generation can make mistakes — wrong speaker attribution, mispronunciations, or tonal errors. Review your audio before publishing it. Voices are provided through third-party voice providers and their use is subject to those providers’ terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using AudioForge and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we will give you the chance to export your content first.
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will announce material changes in the app before they take effect.
